The Chartered Institute of Marketing has released a study which shows that the marketers agree with the idea that adblock can improve the industry.
According to the study published by the Chartered Institute of Marketing which consulted 255 marketing professionals, 76% of them think that adblocking will be positive for the industry because it encourages creativity. 38% of markerters consider that adblocking could lead to a decline in e-marketing. The other priorites of the marketers concern personalisation, data driven marketing and influencer marketing.
Businesses like Uber or Amazon keep innovating and that statement pushes marketers to innovate too. They always have to reinvent themself and their marketing strategy. Tools like Virtual Reality or Chatbots are although interest for marketers and business : these technologies will improve customer relations.
